Maila Rose is a qualified naturopath with a special interest in chronic, complex and multi-systemic conditions. Her work largely centres around chronic fatigue syndrome, CIRS (biotoxin/mould illness), autoimmunity and MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), or where multiple systems are involved and symptoms don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis.
Her path into complex conditions is also personal. While studying naturopathy, Maila experienced and recovered from CFS, MCAS and mould-related illness herself. This experience profoundly shaped how she practises and led her to work with people navigating similar complexity where immune, neurological, reproductive, and metabolic systems often overlap.
Maila Rose also works with and has a strong interest in:
To deepen her understanding of human physiology, Maila continues to study biophysics at university. She is also a qualified Qigong practitioner, which informs her approach to energy, movement, nervous system regulation, and healing.
Outside of the clinic, Maila loves cooking, reading and frequenting the beach.
