Nikki is a Melbourne transplant from sunny Queensland where she studied Law and Arts at Griffith University.
An accredited Mediator, Nikki is passionate about financial health, particularly in retirement, and is a proud Women In Super Committee Member, as well as ACC Sustainability Committee Member.
Partnering with not-for-profit organisations to have impactful conversations about finance, corporate sustainability and long-term social justice, Nikki was a finalist in the Women in Law awards 2019.
You can usually find her enjoying Carlton Gardens, reading up on nourishing recipes and wellness practices, and learning to love running.
A passionate educator with a background in counselling and music psychotherapy, Natalie has over twenty years’ experience in the areas of Allied Health, natural health, and supporting transformational change across business, fitness and wellbeing.
Natalie holds a Master of Counselling, a Post Graduate qualification in Guided Imagery and Music (a method of music therapy/music psychotherapy), as well as additional qualifications in business, training and assessment.
A regular and beloved contributor to the Bayleaf Wellness Community, Natalie advocates for creativity as part of the therapeutic process, and leads powerful conversations around grief, bereavement and crisis work, as well as personal and professional development.
She is most at home playing her piano, cooking up incredible Sri Lankan curries, singing in community choir and working on her memoir writing as a budding author.

Beti has been active in the Melbourne fitness scene since 1997. Beti is a Physical Activity Australia Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Coach, Aqua Instructor, Fitness Instructor and Aerobics Instructor.
With her unique style to promote health and fitness , Beti enjoys engaging in different health activities to embrace methods that are great for getting people motivated with different extrinsic motivational needs.
Hosting the successful Health and Fitness Show podcast for seven years with over one hundred thousand downloads per month, Beti now creates videos for her YouTube channel.
Beti continues to work at Melbourne based gyms instructing classes and incorporating dietetics with all her personal training work which leads to amazing results and body transformations.

She owns Wild Thang Creative - a creative agency supporting businesses with social media marketing through bite sized and understandable strategies.
